We collect business information you provide (name, address, phone, email, hours, photos) to build and display your website. When visitors use the contact form on your site, we collect their name, phone number, and message.
How We Use Information
Your business information is displayed on your hosted website. Contact form submissions are stored and forwarded to the business owner. We use aggregate view counts to measure site performance. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Google Places API for business data, and Supabase for data storage. Each has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for admin authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on customer websites.
Data Retention
We retain your business data for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted within 90 days. Contact form submissions are retained for 1 year.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
