1. Agreement

By using MySiteDrop services, you agree to these terms. MySiteDrop provides website hosting and design services for local businesses.

2. Services

We build and host professional websites for local businesses. Your subscription includes hosting, maintenance, and support. We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after 30 days.

4. Your Content

You own your business information, photos, and content. By providing content, you grant us a license to display it on your hosted website. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, spam, or content that infringes on others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

MySiteDrop is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or damages beyond the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
